No offense, but I prolly would have just eaten my weight in blue cheese potato salad and had no room for the chicken. There’s a restaurant in Atlanta (Buckhead Diner) that has an appetizer of homemade potato chips with blue cheese dip. It’s lethal.

Such a creative idea using the pineapple juice along with the game hens! I think it sounds delicious with the butter and I’ll just have to try this. I love game hens anyway.

Oh I love the idea of using pineapple juice instead of beer. The cilantro and lime butter sounds really good. I wonder if I could use that with baked chicken. I have to say that I’ve never heard of blue-cheese potato salad. Sounds and looks rich and tasty.
